{"id":89,"date":"2011-08-22T00:28:36","date_gmt":"2011-08-22T04:28:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pucayacu.gob.ec\/cotopaxi\/?p=89"},"modified":"2015-04-01T14:42:23","modified_gmt":"2015-04-01T18:42:23","slug":"organico-funcional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pucayacu.gob.ec\/cotopaxi\/organico-funcional\/","title":{"rendered":"Org\u00e1nico Funcional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>ESTRUCTURA ORG\u00c1NICA ACTUAL DEL GOBIERNO PARROQUIAL \u00abPUCAYACU\u00bb<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N 2014 &#8211; 2019<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Niveles de Organizaci\u00f3n de la Estructura Org\u00e1nica.- <\/strong>La Estructura Org\u00e1nica del GAD Parroquial Rural de Pucayacu est\u00e1 conformada por los siguientes Niveles de Organizaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nivel Directivo.-<\/strong> Instancia gobernante de toma de decisiones, gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica y deliberaci\u00f3n para la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios p\u00fablicos e implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, promoviendo la democracia participativa, la rendici\u00f3n de cuantas y el control social. Se desarrolla mediante procesos gobernantes de la Funci\u00f3n Legislativa, Ejecutiva y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nivel de Apoyo<\/strong>.- Constituye la instancia vinculante entre lo administrativo y t\u00e9cnico, y de apoyo a la planificaci\u00f3n del desarrollo parroquial, favoreciendo la toma de decisiones. Se desarrolla mediante\u00a0 procesos habilitantes asesor y de apoyo, con el accionar de la Comisiones de Trabajo del \u00d3rgano Legislativo, las instancias de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana y las Unidades Administrativas del GAD Parroquial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nivel Operativo<\/strong>.- Constituye la instancia de impulso de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y ejecuci\u00f3n de servicios p\u00fablicos, en el horizonte del cumplimiento de la misi\u00f3n y objetivos institucionales.
